The Cisco Application Strategy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module (APIC-EM) is a software-defined network (SDN) controller that coordinates and manages local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) consisting of Cisco's infrastructure.
APIC-EM hosts a wide range of embedded services, including, but not limited to, network PNP, path tracking, PKI certificate infrastructure, and network assets. All of these applications can be viewed from a GUI or RESTful API.
Applications: Plug-and-play App (automatic deployment, Plug and Play), Cisco IWAN App (SDWAN), Path Trace App (Path Trace), EasyQoS App (Simple QoS, Dynamic QoS).
